  • But haven’t been trained to facilitate learning on Zoom or Teams.

It doesn’t try to turn them into performers or tech experts. Instead, it helps them become calm, capable and engaging virtual educators.

Great virtual training doesn’t need fancy tools or clever tricks. (In fact, they can be an expensive distraction.)

It starts with knowing your audience, designing for learning (not consuming) and delivering with confidence in the moment.

Together we arrange the logistics:

  • arranging times and participants
  • customising the programme to your people's needs
  • priming people about what to expect.

During

I deliver 3 high-energy learning experiences::

1. Direction: How to figure out exactly what people need to learn

2. Design: How to create a learning experience, not just an information-dump

3. Delivery: How to train virtually, even if you feel anxious about the tech.

After each workshop, I set everybody a small optional challenge to stretch their learning.

Each participant receives a bundle of resources to embed the lessons from the workshops, including:
