I love bringing energy and authenticity to events - helping your people to lead with less stress and more impact.
A friend of mine once said there are three types of speakers:
The first is a technical speaker - perhaps an industry expert with slides packed full of graphs and insights. Most events have this in spades.
At the other end of the scale is the motivational speaker. Imagine Tony Robbins amping everybody up or Tina Fey cracking everybody up.
In the middle, we have an inspirational speaker. (This is me).
These speakers don't have to shout to be heard; and they don't need tonnes of slides to make things relevant.
Instead, they connect with the audience on a more personal level, with less of the "look at me" vibe you might be used to.
The audience will laugh, smile and nod their heads in recognition, leaving with practical tools they can action the very same day.
This is me: an inspirational speaker.
I'm obsessed with how people interact - and create impact.
And I love sharing that with people to make their work less stressful, and more impactful.
As leaders, we don’t always get to control the big picture, but we can choose how we show up in it.
This is an energising session perfect for leaders and teams feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Many of us are grappling with burnout, overwhelm and toxic stress.
Curiosity is the key to all the doors that matter: success, happiness, engagement, fulfilment, and more.
If your people need a boost of energy and inspiration, this is the session you need.
Shifting from expert to manager to leader is one of the hardest moves to make. The skills that made you great in your field - knowing the answers to technical problems - can start to work against you when you're leading others.
Ideal for both new and experienced leaders, or anyone still trying to shake the urge to fix everything themselves.
Whether it’s a client call, a customer visit, or a casual email, your people are creating experiences every day.
Are they doing so by accident or by design?
This energising session shows how small, intentional changes can improve your retention, reputation, and results.
MCs play a critical role in the success of your event. When a speaker is dull (it happens), they can help lift the energy up. When the audience is confused, they can extract key messages in a way that resonates.
I take the role of event MC quite seriously. We'll prepare together beforehand, thinking about how you want to bring your theme alive, and what role you want each session to play.
On the day, I arrive early, keep things moving, and keep the energy up - lifting the experience for everybody.
I think of the role like a lighthouse: shining my light brightly so everybody can have a safer and more enjoyable passage through your event.
My fees range from $0 to $12,000 depending on a range of factors.
