Let's get clear on what’s going on. I may run some 1:1 interviews or a quick team survey, and we'll meet as an organising team. The goal is to understand the tensions, blind spots, and hopes before we’re in the room together.
2. Priming
I’ll help you introduce me over email, so people are showing up with more curiosity and less cynicism. I may also share a short pre-read or video to get everyone thinking.
3. The Session
I’ll show up and lift the energy - whether that’s a through a 1-hour keynote, a 3-hour workshop, or a full 1–2 day strategy retreat. Expect a blend of sharp thinking, energising discussion, and just the right amount of challenge.
4. Follow-Up
You’ll get a tailored resource pack with session outputs, tools to keep things moving, and a debrief conversation with you (or your leadership group) to plan the next steps.
