What I hear from other leaders like you is:

  • Your team is overwhelmed with too much to do - you're tired of good people burning out and leaving

  • You spend too much time in the weeds

  • People are tired of change and find it hard to see the possibilities.

What you’d really like is:

  • A team that gels well together

  • Clarity about what to focus on to make the biggest difference.

  • A manageable and sustainable workload

This is for you if:

✅You work in a council, government agency or large community organisation

✅Your team’s purpose relates to community wellbeing

✅Your team has lots of things on your plate

✅You've recently been through a change process or have a lot of new team members.

This is not for you if:

❌You’re in a business or corporation working for-profit

❌Your team is performing at a really high level and have a clear strategic direction.

What’s the investment?

    • Discovery interviews to surface any underlying issues in the group
    • A one-day in-person facilitated offsite to get clear on your priorities or ways of working
    • Documentation of key outcomes so you can move forward with ease.

    Optional Add-ons

To support implementation, you can also add the following:

    • A longer offsite over two consecutive days so we can address both your priorities and ways of working - $3,000
    • Three online implementation sessions to help your leadership team troubleshoot and adapt afterwards - $6,000
    • 6 week email series to help your team turn strategy into action - $2,000.

Note: Venue hire, catering, flights and accommodation are not included in the pricing above.

If you think this might be what your team needs to achieve their potential this year, let’s have a chat. If I’m the right person to help, that’s great. If not, you’ll at least leave with clarity about where to go from here.
