    This includes:

    • A diagnostic survey to help identify challenges and opportunities
    • Discovery interviews to surface any underlying issues in the group 
    • A one-day in-person facilitated offsite to get clear on your priorities or ways of working
    • Documentation of key outcomes so you can move forward with ease.


    Optional Add-ons

    To support implementation, you can also add the following:

    • A longer offsite over two consecutive days so we can address both your priorities and ways of working - $3,000
    • Three online implementation sessions to help your leadership team troubleshoot and adapt afterwards - $6,000
    • 6 week email series to help your team turn strategy into action - $2,000.
