Instead, it helps them become calm, capable and engaging educators.

Before

Together we arrange the logistics:

  • arranging times and participants
  • customising the programme to your people's needs
  • priming people about what to expect.

During

I deliver 1 to 3 high-energy learning experiences on:

1. Direction: How to figure out exactly what people need to learn

2. Design: How to create a learning experience, not just an information-dump

3. Delivery: How to present and facilitate like a pro.

We can either split these into three separate workshops or combine them into one day.

After

Each participant receives a bundle of resources to embed the lessons from the workshops, including:

  • The Five Ps of Facilitation Template
  • The Learning Design Canvas Template
  • A workbook of inspirational tools and ideas
  • A Virtual Meetings Checklist
  • And more... depending on your exact needs.
