You'll learn by experiencing what a great virtual gathering looks like and feels like. You'll see "under the hood" as I facilitate.

Explore three guiding principles for bringing the best out of people in virtual meetings, based on neuroscience, my own experiences and what I've learned from te ao Māori.

Preparation

Learn and apply a 5 part facilitation framework so you know how to be well prepared for any virtual gathering.

Plus everything you need to actually apply what you've learned

Before

Together we arrange the logistics:

  • arranging times and participants
  • customising the programme to your people's needs
  • priming people about what to expect.

During

After each workshop, I set everybody a small optional challenge to stretch their learning.

After

Each participant receives a bundle of resources to embed the lessons from the workshops, including:
